About

Cal Pawson was born in New Westminster in 1950 and spent many summer days in White Rock between 1950 and 1995. He has lived in White Rock from 1995 to the present. Cal is an experienced horticulturist and a maturing environmentalist. His purpose in writing this paper is to raise awareness about the value of trees in our community, and the need for a Community Plan, Policy and Bylaw that permanently preserves and protects trees and encourages tree planting.
